Have you ever wondered if there are any simple things you can do to help increase your home's value & marketability aside from the usual tips and tricks?

Everyone has surely heard about a fresh coat of paint before, but what about specific colors? What if there are colors that would negatively affect your home's value and marketability when putting it up for sale? I imagine you would want to stay away from those, right?

Well, we challenge you to do one simple thing then - Paint specific rooms in your home one of these three colors:

  • Blue
  • Beige
  • Grey

Why? One of the things Zillow has done right (and no it's not the Zestimate) is uncovered how certain paint colors impact a home's sale price on average when compared to similar homes with white walls. Their 2017 Paint Color Analysis looked at more than 32,000 photos from sold homes across the country to make this decision easy for you. After all, when you go to sell your home, it should mostly be based on data and not your personal emotions.

At the Munkberg Bianca Realty Group, we are committed to discovering new & innovative ways to help you through a successful selling process.

By following our 7 main color tips below, you might just find yourself a few thousand dollars richer!
